Can you glue it to the jug first and cut it on the jug ?
http://www.davesmotors.com/DGI-Reed-Valve-Box-for-Zenoah-G320.htmlWhy wouldn't it?
And I do suppose it would spit back if I don't carb it right.
Oh yea !This thing is giving me insomnia. Lol
I just spent most of the entire night....again. but now it's ready to fire up. I'll be doing that after I get some sleep.
The muffler is ugly as hell but it'll look right after I find one that fits better. I also don't have a set of tall 660 handlebars yet. View attachment 37279 View attachment 37280 View attachment 37281
Yes the plastic will be along for the ride. It almost fits as is but I still need to relieve a few edges on the top fin. I'll do that when I rebuild it for porting.Might have to modify the handlebar to make it work. I'm not sure how much more your goin to need but I doubt an oem one will work.
Are you goin to try to put plastic back on it?
It's storming pretty hard for this area. I'll make a cut as soon as the wind dies down and gives me a moment. I don't mind the rain but it's a total triple whammy right now with that and a booming thunderstorm passing overhead.
I don't run richer than the proper tune. That was a dirty muffler pulled out of a parts box that I forgot to clean out. It didn't start smoking until it got good and hot.Jim, you running a little extra oil for break in? I noticed it smoking a little. Looked like it was burning off some break in oil.
Sounds good.
