I haven't finished the 036 yet but I'll get it after this one tomorrow.

Some details are internal and external clearacing....I use a 460 intake boot although not ideal....2100 wrist pin bearing...without looking at my notes if I remember right timing numbers arnt far off....muffler needs to be cut and tilted down to use the lower mount bolts...I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple of other minor details...they do make a hell a runner though

When you build a few saws you get a feeling that it's going to be a runner before you ever start it,I have a feeling that it's going to be stout. It has a very gumpy feel to it. A little more compression and some grinding I believe will make a 066 killer and I got a few very good running 066's here to see if it is or not.

I cut the back out of that 5200 muffler and welded in a stihl back plate,I used it for a while on my 064 but it's been on a shelf for a long while and it just so happens to fit perfectly.
I'll make a oem muffler fit tomorrow, he can't have my poulan/stihl custom

Gotta kill a wicked 066 before you can kill a stout 395.
It's gonna have to pack a lunch to get the first one,then maybe I'll get the husky out of the basement.
