I got another cylinder coming to check timing on and I'm betting the timing varies on them. These are very high from the factory.
I was guessing 100 122 76 on yours
This cylinder had 16 degrees stock give or take. I haven't raised them at all and have 17 degrees of blow down and it runs exactly like a saw that needs blow down.
I have cut 020 or 030 cat remember without my notes,I know there is skirt left but I'm thinking the plug will hit with much more

If you have an extra piston, you could always try cutting a dish in the piston. Tune the compression and plug clearance while setting the port timing numbers where you want..

Just a thought.
