Seller seems a bit funny. Says he picked it up in trade and was shown how to start it/that it runs, yet he has no less than SIX saws setting in his garage in the back of the picture.... hmmm...

Finally getting to visit family in Michigan next week. Too bad this is just out of reach or I'd try to grab it.

Could be like the $200 “running” 064 I bought. I would start and run, but the piston was scored.

Haha maybe but that is the cleanest I’ve seen for sale and his starting price is $750. That does not mean that is what I would end up paying.

Might not be the sellers garage, pic could have been taken at the guys place, the seller got it at. Who knows? I try not to get hung up on small details.

I have texted and left a message. I have not heard anything back yet. If I can get a hold of them I will go get it tonight ....

If it does have a bad top end, still worth it?

Scored piston seems a pretty easy fix... less so if you're not really into wrenching on your own saws. Personally, I'd be all over it. New Meteor piston is about 40 bucks. OEM is 75-80 IIRC. IF you truly needed an entire topend, OEM is something in the neighborhood of $275.
