condition: good
make / manufacturer: Stihl
model name / number: 025

Stihl Model 025 Chain Saw, 18" bar, with blade scabbard, spare air filter element, owner's manual. Runs, but occasionally stalls out - probably just needs a good tune-up. Vintage 1997. I am the first and only owner -- have used it for light personal/home use only. Compared with $300+ for a new one of the same, it's a "steal". First $50 cash takes it.

Not willing to split up at this time, cash no trades please. I have a lot of cutting ahead of me and would like to move to one larger saw.

048 AV Super / 32"
028 A/V Wood Boss / 20"
MS 180C / 16"

They all work great, but need new chains. I'll add in three new chains for the larger two saws for as additional $50. I have the receipts and can return them for $70ish.

This is for a well used Husqvarna 394xp chainsaw. This is similar in size to the 395XP but I believe it is an older model. I bought it about 5 years ago on ebay from a used chainsaw dealer that said it was in great working order with just cosmetic problems. I never could get it working right so I started replacing things on it, I took it completely apart and cleaned everything and it still wouldn't work right so I took it to a chainsaw repair shop and they eventually replaced the ignition switch and it seems to be running. I haven't started it in about a year because during the whole fixing it up phase I ended up buying a 3120xp saw and so I don't need this one anymore. some of the bolt holes that held the plastic to the engine were stripped out so I tapped some different size holes in different places. I believe I put an new carb on it, new pull string and cover, put some new clips to hold the air filter cover on it, sprocket, I don't remember if I replaced the clutch. just different things here and there to get it working. feel free to try it out and see if it will work for you. like I said I haven't started this in over a year, but if you are good with chainsaws you might want to have this one.

He's about 2x on the value of that jalopy, IMO.

I talked with the seller via text this afternoon (he's about 2.5 hours from my place, if I were home)...said lowest he'd go is $300
