Is there a city in America that does NOT have a meth or crack problem. Lots of Heroin addicts here as well -- God have mercy.
There is an opiod crisis in our area for sure. Some get on that road and never get off. They ride it till it dead ends.

Sometimes I feel they should just let them load a big hit and get it over with. I've seen plenty of people that will not change, even after they just did 10 years in the federal penitentiary.
