Ground out a couple spot welds and was able to break the rest to remove my baffle completely. Also port matched the muffler and started opening up the exit more before the rain moved in. I'll finish it up and match the gasket after it blows over.

I would of used a step bit and put a hole in it. While on the saw still of course
