I just used salt an pepper for seasoning, thanks for the tips so far guys!Besides the obvious (you need bigger patties and a different grill)........It looks like you need some seasoning. I use Lawry's season salt and pepper. Head Country seasoning is very good also. Other than that, it comes down to preference, as far as what you put on the burger. Most of the time I just use mayo, pickles, and cheese. But, I also like grilled onions, bacon, pickles, different cheeses, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, different sauces, etc.
If a charcoal or gas grill is not an option, use a cast iron pan. Hamburgers are like pizza, just about whatever you like is not off the table...except anchovies.
Toasted buns is what I like. And slightly crispy charred burgers. Red or white onions, cheese, blue if it’s strong with some garlic mayo...
. ahh the list can change and go on and on. It’s all about combining flavours

Funnily, I even have something like that in my fridge [emoji1787]^^^^this!!!!! Toasted buns are the bomb. The best burgers are even better with toasted buns. And garlic mayo sounds insane, never heard of it.
Grind up some ribeye steaks, they make awesome burgers
