Doesn’t look too bad. What kind of meat are you using there? Personally if I’m doing it inside on a cast iron I would want it on the iron and not on aluminum foil. I like the extra iron in my diet and it gets a better char on there. Of course nothing IMO beats charcoal grill.

What seasonings are you using? You’re going to get a lotttt of different opinions due to different tastes but that just means lots of fun trying out everything to see what you like!

Those look great! Do you offer overnight service? I'll take three. [emoji39]

I don't cook much either but I love the Hidden Valley ranch burger mix with garlic. It's so good, I'd try it. And add more bacon!!

Toasted buns is what I like. And slightly crispy charred burgers. Red or white onions, cheese, blue if it’s strong with some garlic mayo...

. ahh the list can change and go on and on. It’s all about combining flavours

Besides the obvious (you need bigger patties and a different grill)........It looks like you need some seasoning. I use Lawry's season salt and pepper. Head Country seasoning is very good also. Other than that, it comes down to preference, as far as what you put on the burger. Most of the time I just use mayo, pickles, and cheese. But, I also like grilled onions, bacon, pickles, different cheeses, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, different sauces, etc.

If a charcoal or gas grill is not an option, use a cast iron pan. Hamburgers are like pizza, just about whatever you like is not off the table...except anchovies.

^^^^this!!!!! Toasted buns are the bomb. The best burgers are even better with toasted buns. And garlic mayo sounds insane, never heard of it.
