Thanks. I still need to try a timing bump that @Stump Shot told me to..
Saw turned out pretty good for being primarily left over parts. :D
And I still want to wire up the heated handles sometime soon.

Don't let its lineage bother you, a mutt can surprise you once in a while.

Regardless i want video!

I know my 064 that @srcarr52 did for me will do it. We have both seen it.....But I definitely dont run it there, no powa

Maybe i should get a picture of the tach, that seems like the cool thing to do

I’ll never do it. I don’t have any of those saws anymore. My 346 XS might go that high but I doubt it.

Got to play at work a little yesterday. Terry is the lead climber and a super nice guy in our Charlotte office. Sent his saw down for some light maintenance. He got a little more than that. Lol. I did some light port work, bumped the timing and opened up the muffler.

I swapped this ported 7910 with 046 piston topend to another 6421 chassis. The bottom end it was on was going out (pto bearing play). I decided to do a little work to the jug/piston while it was apart. On first start it was sucking the choke shut on full throttle and I had to wind the spring tighter. After that I ran a 32” and 8 pin full comp in oak to stress test it.
