No, it will get sold to fund other saws. I have another 350 project saw here that I need a couple parts for then I can put it together. Just started on a 066 build. That one will be for myself though.

Started to rebuild my 066. It's getting a bunch of new parts and ported. Special thanks to Ddave for the last bit of parts I needed. I'm building it with a 660 decomp cylinder and 288 piston. The numbers when I started were, 96/121/77. I sanded about .035 off base and .010 off band so far. Right now I'm at 98.5/123/79. Im going to take another .008 of base to get piston ring above intake port. Does take some time to sand this much off, but can be done of you go slow and measure alot.

Looking good Jason. Do you go a little wider on your lowers? Here's where I'm at right now. 100/124/79.5. Still have to do the uppers.

I like your numbers.
What are your plans for the uppers?
If you raise I wouldn't go more than a couple degrees if any.

I generally take the lowers to the skirt on both sides and try to get them and the piston matched up at bdc.

Your numbers are almost perfect I think.

Thank you, I plan on raising them 2-3 degrees and angling them towards intake a little.

Love that intake!
I am going to print that out and hang it on the wall at my work bench

I've ported a lot more without a right angle than with.

I think learning to be good with a cut off wheel will make you better,at least better at grinding. A right angle isn't super easy to use or to make anything look decent.

It's just like the cut off wheel,it takes practice.

I put the bit in backwards on a cc right angle, use high speed, and a light touch on the transfers. Works alot better and doesnts pull or chatter. A foredom that reverses is pretty nice also

So you run the burr in the wrong direction? That must take forever.
