Need help with T435 issues

Acts kinda like it's starving hoping that beaglebriar is right and it's the coil of not I will just tear the whole thing down and rebuild it with a bunch of new parts.
This is the first top handle saw I've worked on and I plan for it to be the last.

Yeah I changed the coil still same issue so I pulled the saw down crank seals are good but where the intake bolts to the cylinder on this saw it was all fubar and someone had tried to use rtv as a gasket which was causing an air leak. I have an intake on order now from saw again that's the only place online I could find one for this saw. I was surprised Dukes and HL supply didn't have it.
