Next gtg. Same bar and chain!
One run with your bar and chain, one run with mine. [emoji106]

Need I remind you of the NY GTG. The video at the 1 minute mark. My 660, your 395. Lol. Don't blink.

The one I beat your 660 with a short bar because I could lean harder on my 395? I was running a average chain too might I remind you. Lol. I suppose we could run a real bar next time (36” .404) and watch the difference grow even more.

No chain you run is "normal" or "regular". I picked up on that last time, and your father confirmed it.
And that some pretty confident talk coming from a guy running a bigger newer saw.
I also corrected your little white lie. Because the 660 beat your 395.

My offer still stands... 36” bar same chain.

Thanks Bob for the thread!!

Things could change between now and then anyway with tariffs and what not, so we need to be careful talking prices about something that is still 5-6 months away. For now, all we should say is that the 565 is the same price as a 365 and the 572 is $100 more than a 372. Pretty much what I figured on the 572, but the 565 is a nice surprise.
I got dissapointed when I saw the retail prices here in Norway, 565 cost more then a 576xpg. If my memory is right it was just a tad over 100$ extra for the 572xpg.

Some of the early info about shared parts was incorrect. Cylinder, carb, and coil are all different between the 565 and 572. (piston is the same)
thanks Bob, time for me to download them IPL's again ;)

Yes, I had to drill mine out like on a 555. The inside of the casting is cast for the little nuts to sit in.

Not a smart approach at all IMO, cause nearly every saw I sell will want the outer dog. Heck, the 372 comes standard with the outside dog, why not this one. I'm hoping that US saws will have a different set up and the outer dog will be standard. Maybe just ship it with the 372/576 cover to begin with. I sure don't want to be drilling out the side cover every time I sell a saw.
yup, had to drill in my 560xpg also, wished them covers came with holes for the outer outer spikes
