I like helicoils, but if'n you say timeserts, I'll run with ya

If it was helicoiled before, the m6 reg size may not work depending on the coil job. They do make a bigger size.

I've replaced one helicoil with a sert by using a longer sert and going a touch deeper than flush with the countersink. This was just on a cyl cover hole, not that critical.

Good, not helicoiled--- go timeserts.

The piston skirt is long and needs clearanced by just a fuzz to work in a 66
