Not a kit. He has a warehouse in Pittsburg. They buy logs and debark them first. Then do some of the building there. Then have all the logs delivered to the site. Takes him awhile to build a house. But they are beautiful once done.

Could have been nice and sold it to a pawn shop for 5 bucks for a home owner to work safe when it won't run

Expensive ones apparently[emoji6] . Some kind of pine. Don't know exactly. I hate cleaning his saws that for sure. Covered in sap.
