Interesting story 😎👍 there was no carburetor so I ordered it, they sent me a carburetor for a 40cc engine and this one has a 30cc engine and as a result the H screw is completely closed and the L screw has only half a turn. There was no filter cover either, so I put something on / Efco 8300

I've had a coil defective 560 on my desk this weekend, one I sold a couple of weeks ago, messed up a bit with a new coil, saved myself with a 2014 coil & carb.
18" bar, 3/4 wrap xpg, dang nice balance! But it left me to make room for the 564 xpg, which is scheduled for delivery 1st November.

The flat top turned out to be a stunner. Truly a beautiful saw underneath all the grime. Turns out that the issue with the saw that the saw shop couldn’t figure out was that the cylinder base bolts were loose. Massive air leak. I resealed and torqued it and it’s all good.

I don't see a flaw here 🤷‍♂️ someone scraped the carbon exhaust window and I scraped the combustion chamber and piston bottom. The mixture charge also passes through the crankshaft bearings. All that remains is to unscrew the side covers of the cylinder. And the piston itself is charred only on one side, on the coil side

It came out really well, we all love it when a service company completely fails in their diagnosis.
Not my type of chainsaw, obviously, but you might want to consider keeping this one, looks low hour saw.
