SR450 backpack sprayer that was left outside all winter.
it looks really nice.Well outside it's close but still to orange.
But once it's full of chips and oil, it'll look the same.
Right! And Stihl is no better! Buy a new top cover and air cleaner cover and see if they match!it looks really nice.
I dont think you can expect to get anything closer with RAL.
Husky also have different orange plastic colours, so even you nail it once it will not be perfect match on next saw.
I remember how difficult this was when I worked as car painter for a decade ago, we had one red Peageot colour that had 8 different tints.
Thanks Torit looks really nice.

most people dont care so much about tint difference, we do, but people on chainsaw forums are a bit more picky for details then what regular customers are.Right! And Stihl is no better! Buy a new top cover and air cleaner cover and see if they match!
you did well, it's impossible task to nail that colour, if I was your customer I would be happy with your result. Thanks Tor
I agree with you, all the plastics are a different color.
Thanks Again Tormost people dont care so much about tint difference, we do, but people on chainsaw forums are a bit more picky for details then what regular customers are.

You could only nailed it perfect by scanning the plastic colour and get the paint mixed for you.
In my time as car painter, we didnt had the fancy system they have nowadays, we had to use our eyes, pick the best match, most times we had to shadow paint, quite often we had to mix a special colour for that car because our colour system wasnt perfect, it was a nightmare but on same time fun.
if it's like my 372 year 2005 plastic colours wasn't the strong side to Husky, look how nice the tank colour match the rest of the saw! (the same goes to 357's made in same periode)Thanks Again Tor
This one is a 372 that was a basket case. I figured I had it completely tore down. I might as well try this color and see how it turned out.
There was hardly any paint left on it before so at least now it's all one color and covered.
This is @MG2186 saw,he chose the port job from the @hoskvarna raffle. This just hit the bench
