Talk about a pain
Handle crushed fuel and pulse line's bad. pull rope broke rim sprocket bad.
kill wire broke throttle cable wore through the housing.
Muffler butchered and rusted through.
Carb which he told me had a fresh rebuild wouldn't tune.
The high was seated and the low was 1/8 turn out both needles bent.
Missing adjustment grommet.
Must've tried to compensate for the leaking seals.
Barrel and bearings good.
Done he just needs a throttle lock and a top spring to line it back up.
It's bent.
Supposed to be a piston kit only j1530991917019762090920.jpg 20180707_152011.jpg 20180707_130752.jpg job20180707_123459.jpg 20180707_100704.jpg lol

beautiful saw Mike, and the owner gone be a lucky guy!

For those who wonder what those holes are for:

They are for the triobrake system, that is far as I know.
560 had them too (1 instead of two drilled holes), but the section where the two on top is got removed when they upgraded the crank case in 2017.
Probleby so the air flow better, for them who plan to powder coat a 545/550/555/560 case it may be a modd worth to consider.

Nice Mike. Is the Bus camper yours?
I wish. It belongs to my wife's uncle. He bought it when he retired and had planned to restore/rebuild it but he got really sick a few years ago and it's been sitting. He's trying to sell it now.
It's 1972 model. Retired Budweiser tour bus.
