you burning shell, chevron gas or cheap unbranded
I think it was Marathon for E free. Shell doesn't have E free here. It's the smaller stations that carry it.

Nice head. What kind of comp it that headed to?

Not sure yet, I used a 10mm plug, my gauge adapter is funky so I am unsure of a actual number. I give up on the comp reading along time ago. To me it is just a reference number. I go by feel, how the saw runs. It has a small chamber so theoretically it should be high. Trying to measure corrected compression, I struggle with because measuring with fluid seems erratic. My plan is to do a build thread here with the saw, and I will but I'm not quite ready.

Maybe the VP is spoiling me
It is. In one tank I have almost half that with Mobil. It's easy to read transfer wash that way though. That saw had sat on a shelf for 4 months maybe longer and was still very wet inside. It did idle a minute or so before shut down since I had it on the mill.

Makitas everywhere. I have one all ground. Just need to weld the muffler back together. That stainless is brittle. Cant stand picture from earlier snuck in the post somehow.

7900 getting some jb weld added to the cylinder and lighter in other areas.
I used Bellzona in my 460 . Seems like pretty hard stuff after it sets up. Trying it in the exhaust to seal up alil freeport and wanted to see if it will work in the exhaust as Ive never heard anyone trying it there
