Got the MOFO 262xp running like a top, can't thank Al enough for taking the time to do the port work for me, picked up a 359 today also, so that will be needing a little attention in day or two as well, if anyone is looking for 1 let me know.

Has anyone of your guys swapped those sleeves? Any tools we need to press a new one?

Something came from the bottom.....

It went good for the jug, this was the only real damage:

I didn't look over the bearings nor the conrod bearing, them crank axels is under dimension, not gone spend much time on it, split the crank in pieces, take out the conrod bearing, conrod, cross pin, and toss the rest in the bin.

DDave has a kit in his eBay store. Might be able to look at his pics and make something quick. 8mm bolt, a couple washers, a nut, and something with a taper on it to flare the inside out

I have done one, small block of wood on the out side and a large ball bearing, squeezed with a C-clamp. Once it got spreed out I finished peening it over with a small 4oz ball peen hammer.

That poor saw has taken a beating.
I offered him a 372 to use
Too much saw he said.
Hell it's the same weight with a 20
As his with a 16.
Anyone know oem piston price for stihl.
78.28 on Bailey's for oem

I may just get a friend of me to lathe/mill out two pieces, got a few start cover who need work done :)

He's 87 and a terrible faller.
I drop the big stuff and block it.
He cuts brush and small tree's.
I didn't want to raise comp
He would have trouble starting it.
Like to find him a 025 or 250
He's a stihl guy.
I’ve got a 250. Don’t know exactly what it needs as I haven’t really checked it out but you’re welcome to it for him if you want.
