Put the Cross cylinder on my buildoff saw tonight and put the other plastics on it so I can send the others off for air brushing. First heat cycle went well.

Working on a Honda XR650 CA...needs a new clutch set and the fuel system gone though.
Fixed up two SR200 blowers today....both with clogged fire screens and then serviced them.
Got an 036 Pro out the door....fuel system and full service.
Ended the day working on another SR200.....needs a new carb and a service. lol Seems like 99.99% of what we do is fuel related!

Yeah, we are stocking alot of cheaper oem carbs now to. We probably have 200 carb kits in stock.

Stihl 201t . Main bearings r shot! Does anyone know if there r a better design of bearing to use besides the OEM design bearing?View attachment 78520 View attachment 78521

i have a spare carb if you need it. also i was working on one that would not idle did a reset, master reset with computer, new carb under warranty, the low side was showing lean as crap, passed pressure and vac test. the cylinder and piston had very little and i mean very little scouring . i should have took pics. rings was not stuck. new cylinder and piston she runs like a champ. old cylinder cleaned up like new. hope stihl doesnt want it back lol.

p.s. not a stihl dealer i do the newer stuff for the old guys at local ace hardware

talking about carb kits. walbro made it a hell of alot easier to keep them in stock than zama i think zama makes 230 different kits now, well some number will cross i know 107 and the 123 are the same kit
