Are you going to raise the rev limit on the red light or replacing it. I haven't seen to many red lights my self. I hear ya ninja style It's been dark for here for 3 1/2 hours Damn the time change

Yes I'll switch the ignition
This is the only red light that's completely original that I've seen , not one peice has been replaced.
Sprocket and clutch I'm sure but he swears the cover has never been off.

It seems like no matter how fast or slow I work it's dark by the time I need to run a saw. Stupid winter

Homedawg 1050. Carb rebuild, new lines n filter. Waiting on a chain from @Douglas Ostrander for the 32" bar I got from @thomas1

Just finished another 262 jug. Waiting on parts to run this guy.

As a side note, a meteor 262 piston as about a .005 shorter compression height than its OEM counterpart. I gave up 1.5* exhaust and .005 squish on this Saw because of it. My builder case has a stock piston on it.

The pin to skirt is the same, so my intake timing didn't change.
