Both bearings fell in by hand. Clutch side I pushed all the way through once by hand.

Crank fell in after 2 minutes of heat gun.

I like using a toaster oven. The 2100 Im working on I tried 280 which has worked on numerous others. 280 was to cold. 375 worked just dandy.

Damn those sure are taken long time too install those bearings you keep heat that case all youll have is a blob of alum

Finally got this ATV bottom end split today. Had to cut a nut off the end of the crankshaft. Was extremely surprised that I didn't *f-word any of the threads up!

Just have to replace the busted countershaft and the bearing that blew up. All the gears are in good shape. Thought it was gonna be a lot worse.
