A bit of work on the 2 throttle rod bends or renew the roller is the way i go on that full throttle thing Tor...You will lose the flex link when you dog the saw in if you make the trigger solid I feel. Just my way of looking at it .:)
those parts are almost new.
Problem I many times see is that the flex link is to soft, you dont get full throttle on some of them.
I'm not done yet, when it's dry I'll loose up one of the side and shave a tad distance.

I also noticed how big the uppers are. They are large with a steep angle towards the intake. I will shoot a photo.

I was measuring my 066/660 cylinders transfers looking in the spark plug hole and getting figures around 122*
When I look in the exhaust port, I noticed the intake side is angled up and actually starts to open at about 118*

If you can raise them it will help but I am no expert..... still learing

This one does the same, I could only see the front edge through plug hole.

Yeah, You need to look through the exhaust to see where it really opens.
My 066 cylinders start at 118 and transition through to 122
