I’m up late watching a temperamental smoker. It’s not normally but tonight , eh…
Anyway I put some Turtle Wax on my new Pioneer 620. Cleaned up nice. I’ve been shaking nuts and bolts around the gas tank all week and changing out gas to remove the remains of the last fuel. It doesn’t have spark but unless it’s really different under there it soon will have. Going to pull the fuel bowl and fuel line. It’s all intact and flexible. Has a filter that’s built on a roller bearing. Cool. 82FA285A-14E4-4573-9A2E-A2B3C5F6E7C9.jpegB6D9425E-E02D-4C28-AC9C-EFC5403F5188.jpeg

Must be nice to be able to complain you are too busy ... and all with "non dirty saws"!!!

How far we have come ... good on you Randy!

I actually love what I do Mike. I've had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic people....and this job is so much better than what I used to do.

Got the carb for the little poulan. Runs good. But the line jammed in the hole for the tank leaks when filling the saw, I can’t figure out how they originally got it in there. Need to come up with something better.

Went ahead and got a Wiseco from Dave. Crown height looks promising.

I’ll bite because I am not smart enough to catch on. What kind of build you got going here Randy? About all I can make out is older husky…that con-rod is definitely different.

It's a custom made stroker crank using an 084 connecting rod.

No stroker, but a month (or two) after I tore it apart I finally got a weird air leak fixed and my little 356 put back together. New oem NE346 top end (stock for now), updated clamp/wall, new boot, new fuel line 346 muffler brace, gutted muffler, and I'm planning on making an outer kickstand once I get a 460 clutch cover. I think I'm into it for $150 all said and done, that's alright in my book.

You can fit a 357 inner dog with a 372 roller on the bottom for like no effort at all Daniel. Works good.
