Had this dropped off for a get running/service/sharpen/drive cable replacement. I got it running for him in the fall but he let it sit with fuel in it. Job security I guess. He's also bringing me his Exmark 61 Monday for a service.

Successful test of the bagger on the Husqvarna rider and got started on the push mower that came in last night. I'll have the drive cable tomorrow. Carb is in the ultrasonic cleaner and it'll be out and back together later. New fuel line installed as well. Had some water in it as well so I drained and flushed the tank.

Dolmar PS 9000 coil, came loose and ran up against the flywheel and grew this booger, running a bead across the laminations Has no spark now but thought I’d clean it to separate the laminations and see if it make a delta.
I’ll but it back on this weekend and see if it sparks.

Can anyone tell me what size fuel line I need for a Wild Thing-esq Poulan, and how long of a chunk replacing all the lines takes? I’ve got one on my bench I wanna get off, but it needs the fuel lines and carb replaced.

Well, I have a Craftsman Wild Thing on my bench that needs new fuel lines and a carb kit. Also, two Homelite 330's that need intake boots, fuel lines, carb kits, etc and a Husky 350 that sounds like it has an air leak. The d*mned muffler bolts on the 350 were so tight the heads stripped when I tried to remove them, but when I ground the heads off they were only finger tight in the cylinder! WTF!? Finally, I'm trying to decide whether I should jb weld the missing portion of my 372 case and drill/tap it, or should I send it off to someone and get that spot built up via welding?

Lol. Yes. I was just funnin.
I've met a saw or two that I've considered wrecking, most notably a 61 Rancher. I almost bought the guy a different one just so I could run his over with the dozer. But, it's gone now and if I never see the little f-er again it'll still be too soon.

Random thought, could one put a 272 piston in a 372 with a 52mm big bore top end to get a performance gain similar to when you put a 268 piston in a 50mm top end?

Been a very busy week here.

Toro Recycler with the Kohler 149cc OHV engine is done. Carb cleaned and bowl gasket replaced, new fuel line, tank drained, flushed and dried, broken drive cable replaced, oil changed, blade sharpened, air filter blown out, and spark plug cleaned/gapped.

Husqvarna rider got serviced and I made sure it was bagging.

Troy Bilt 42 rider in for a service, deck belt and new blades. Picked it up this evening after work. Might need a battery as well, it's on the charger overnight.
