Got my buddies the monkey 359 that threw the chain and then he showed me a few drive links were half gone on a fairly new chain. Rim looks pretty worn so had to text Dave for some parts to fix it. Once those come in I’ll tear into it and make sure all else is good. Chain will either get shortened or fixed. Worn out after cutting three hours today. Had both bucking stands going and two skid loaders. One with the grapple the other with forks to move the totes as we filled them. We have cut the last three Sundays for a total of 7-8 hours and filled 35 totes that are roughly 4x4x4. Should last for a while.

55 Rancher starting reassembly. New intake boot and impulse grommet and carb base reinstalled. It was a bit of a pain in the rear so I stole my girlfriend's hair dryer to warm up the rubber boot a little bit and with a swipe of grease it slipped right together. Reassembling carb tomorrow and if it's setup 3/8 I'm gonna borrow the bar and chain from my 357 to make a few cuts.

Just finished putting this together. NE cylinder, 357 carb and intake horn/air filter:

Still need to respray the side cover, fit the dogs (with roller kickstand) and fit new decals. Can't wait to see how it runs! Thanks Kevin @huskihl

55 Rancher up and running however discovered that it has an air leak between the carb and carb base so I have a new gasket ordered and I'm going to do the @David Young intake upgrade that @malk315 told me about.

Getting running and servicing for a customer. Rebuilt carb, new fuel line, filter and spark plug. Replaced intake boot and impulse grommet while I was in there. Got running this evening and had classic air leak symptoms of too high rpm and not holding a tune. The carb screws go into plastic and the fix is to install 5mm helicoils into the plastic carb base and 5mm socket head cap screws to allow carb to be tightened down properly. That's where my air leak is. @malk315 sent me links to @David Young intake thread for the 51/55 saws. I'll tag you in it.

Got back to the 200's for a bit...
The handle I cleaned turned out to be broken so I spent time cleaning another one.
Trying to install it i found the front a/v mounts to be stripped on the case.
Fixed those and finished up assembly except for the carb that still needs the acell pump circuit blocked off.

Nadda. Might do some cleaning and organizing but taking the night off for pizza [emoji487] and beers for my birthday with my girlfriend, my buddy and possibly his girlfriend. Did get the Kawasaki head cleaned up for the Gator I'm doing a valve job on.
