Two of my favorite saw family's. These two are probably the only saws I've ever gotten a you suck deal on.

I've cleaned the 272 a bit. Haven't touched the 357.



Think I'm going to clean it and do something about that plastic clamp, before it becomes a issue.

Been using oetiker clamps from napa. Onan18 (Joe) just told me about using a 390xp clamp. Might try one of those this time. If I have one on hand.

Perfect. Thank you!! Have one here, that I probably should find a bottom end for. Picked it up local..cylinder needed cleaned up. It’s a 359 case, back corner by choke is busted, and one of the av mount threaded boss’s, is stripped and wallered out.
Also has the plastic clamp.

Getting a mates Poulan 20D running again, though this one is a Dayton, nice little saw, really only needed a clean up and new fuel line.

Just need to fix the pressurised oil tank check valve, it’s drawing bar oil into the crankcase at an alarming rate.

It is to hold dress up clothes for a little one.. I have 10 days to finish it. It has to be taken back apart, a bunch of router work, then back together, plug holes, final sand, paint.

Ohh yeah I have 7 days of work in there too.
