Did it destroy the pto case half or the pump when the clutch grenaded?

Case ok. It was hanging on by a thread. Bumped it with an impact and poof. (Makita 12V) Didn’t take much

Not sure if this it the perspective you were looking for. Stock bore is 66.4 this is 77mm so it’s actually 335cc

Pig meets lipstick. Soooo many things needed to be corrected. Should have just kept it for parts but the piston, cylinder, and the bottom end we’re still good and solid. It had already been picked over a little. I have a decent stash of 1128 smalls. Hell I even put a new hose on the wrap handle. I’m not going to charge him for that. His bill is already pretty tall.

Picked up a 2017? - 201tc. I tried to reset it but I couldn’t get it to idle long enough to finish the reset. I just so happened to have a new solenoid and she runs great. Yanked the muffler and the p/c looks great.

No, it is not only for m-tronic saws, used on non m-tronic models too.

Little big for the bench but crammed in my shed. Gotta pull the top end apart. The piston must have played with the valves when the timing chain tentioner broke and jumped timing.

Well i got to chase some wiring isues too. So im gonna go over the whole bike. Who ever did the rebuild on it befor we got it put a lot of stuff on wrong. Im accually debating since its this far to pull the motor all the way out and split it to check it out and replace the seaping case gasget.

It does look like the intake valve maybe kissed the piston. Small mark on the intake edge. May have to pop them out quick too and make sure ther not bent.
It was the exhaust rocker arm that broke.

A long time ago I replaced the timing chain on my first wife's 68 Oldsmobile, outside, in sub 20* weather only to find out that all of the valves were bent!

What a waste of time!
