not if your goodWorking on a 250 right now. No oil. Have to remove the handlebar which is pressed into the av system as one of the steps to get to the oil pump.
it will move over enough to get screw out thaat holds white piece then you need a m5 screw to put in the pumpPlease explain, before I go about taking the handle off.

At least it was his saw! My neighbor brought back one of mine and said I shut it off as soon as it started smoking! No worries though it was just a Husky!Ok so get this, the owner of the saw ran it with a chain so f’d up and no oiler output that he overheated the bar, melted needle cage and lost the clutch c clip and washer. “It’s smoking can you fix it”? If it wasn’t a neighbors saw, then I’d say not interested. Lol

Got lucky, it just ate the clutch needle bearing. Looks ok under the clutch. Was very dirty though. Doubt it was ever cleaned under there or greased the bearing.is under the clutch melted ? they was bad about that
