It's not really heavy at all, maybe 20-25lbs.
The chain and gears are just old bike parts I had laying around.
I'm going to make bigger one next.

I take every AM clutch spring and throw them in the garbage and put OEM ones on.
The clutches themselves aren't bad but the springs suck.
I just had to change a second one today, so I took your advice and ordered a bunch of OEM springs. So far, the two broken ones (on two different saws) have been replaced with used OEM. Had to replace recoil parts om the same saw!

Rubber fuel lines and any type of spring are the worst of the aftermarket bits. @MustangMike post up a pic of an intake boot clamp from one of these kits. Cheapest thing I have ever seenHow are you managing to break all this stuff Mike, you said yourself you havent been running them lately?!?
