The wife is going to a volunteer thing today and the deal is bring an appetizer to share. Well 4 blocks of cream cheese with everything bagel run will hit the Pitboss shortly.

Smoked Turkey breast on the pellet smoker. Turned out really good. No injection or brine just olive oil rub with meat church the gospel. Basted with butter near the end. Cooked at 275

Gonna make a fire pot aka "peka" tomorrow.

And yes, there is meat in there - half a chicken, a chunk of boneless boar ham and fresh homemade smoked pork sausages

Not the grill or smoker but we air fried some bell peppers and cut up sirloin steaks and made steak bowls. This is one of our go to dinner meals

Picked up these beef ribs at Walmart yesterday. They turned out great considering how cheap they were.

We are doing a tie blanket gather tomorrow for the vets. I forgot about it so i decided to try some hot dog burnt ends. They are on the Pitboss now and we will just have them in a crock pot for tomorrow’s gathering. Had to move the Pitboss out of the wind but it’s doing ok. I’m worried it will not get to the 375 for the last 30 minutes required in the cook.

After the Pitboss struggling to get to 375 we were able to finish the burnt ends. I knew it probably wouldn’t handle the wind and cold at that temp but it’s done. Finished product
