This spice mix is awesome for meats (pork in my case), nothing else needs to be added.
I need to get more of it.

I outta just throw this 3-1/2 lb slab in the microwave on high for 30 minutes, flip it and hit the button again for 30 minutes.

Then call it dinner huh?

Evening Richard’s. Trying to get back into the smoker Sunday routine here. The freezers are not getting empty fast enough and beef will be coming in October/November. Threw some country style ribs on for dinner. They are currently bathing in some raspberry chipotle bbq sauce. Used up the last of a couple seasonings in the cupboard as well.

IMG_7932.jpegSo I forgot these chicken thighs that needed to be cooked. Was supposed to be part of Sunday nights supper. I had already ate supper tonight (blt sandwiches garden is doing well). So cooked these up maybe I’ll make some rice and a sauce when I get to it and chop this up. Or have a big salad. Either way groceries are too high to let things spoil

Afternoon fellas and Dallas. Just got two small briskets ready for the LSG tomorrow. These are from my half cows I get. I prefer full packers but I’ve had luck with these smaller ones. Fall is approaching and it’s time to start smoking food every weekend as more beef is on the horizon.
