A lot of good looking grilling lately showing up here. I've seen several ideas I want to try...
I’ve read where folks say these are damn good but I’ve never give ‘em a go…think I’ll change that up and run some soon enough.Try these
I’ve been looking at them myself. I like outdoor cooking gadgetsI’ve been wanting one of these for a couple of years.
My wife got tired of listening to me talk about them and brought this one home yesterday.
I assembled and did the initial seasoning today. Made some smash burgers tonight to christen it.
This is going to get a lot of use.

Outstanding brother…looks fine!Made some taters, Asparagus and a couple of Ribeyes on the Blackstone tonight.
This thing is no joke. I really like how it cooks.
You need to have all of your prep done and everything sitting at arms length, prior to putting the first item on the grill.
The entire cook time for everything was less than 20 minutes and I was always turning or moving something.
The crust on the steaks was killer, with just a little salt pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

I have the same problem. Two gas grills, Two Weber kettles, Traeger pellet grill/smoker, gas cabinet smoker, electric smoker, deep fryer and now a griddle. I use all of them.Outstanding brother…looks fine!
I’ve got a Camp Chef Pro 90 triple burner (30K btu each) that I’ve got a 46 lb full steel griddle top for but been eyeballing a Blackstone to add to the arsenal. I need it like I need a damn hole in my head but I said the same about grills/smokers a dozen grills and smokers ago. Lol
Smaller briskets (or any cut of meat) cook quicker than larger ones. If you want to cook it longer, lower your temperature at the start, and keep it there for longer. As long as the internal temperature of the meat hits your target, I wouldn't worry about the length of the cook; unless the meat is tough; longer cooks tend to break down the meat and make it more tender..These little briskets I get from my half a cow so do cook quick. I’ve never done a full packer but this 5ish pounder is resting in the cooler now for a couple hours. I think it went on at 7 this morning. People with more experience will say it’s done to early or what not but as long as it eats who gives a rats furry azz. My last one was great imo
Psst, there is no smokers anonymous, we just get together to have a beer. Don't tell the wife. LolWell I need to attend a smokers aa meeting if there is such a thing. Took 2 Chuck roasts out for this weekend. I’ll make them into burnt ends.
