Totally badassYou gots the same firepit I gots…I’ve yet to fool with using the grill top though.
Only thing I use the grill top for since I’ve had it, is to keep the center area up/create a rooftop when the cover is on, so rain will shed off it. When I first got it, the cover had a small tear in it that I patched from the inside, then I called the mfg and they sent me two covers free.Totally badass
No cover on this one. It had 4” of ice/snow at the bottom of the fire. Just an outdoor fire pit with grating around the outside and a cooking rack. Son said he got it at Lowe’sWhat is it?
Looks good. Pull that bad boy at 205-210 internal temp and good to go…let it rest wrapped for an hour or so, slice across the grain and be some fine eatin’.I'm attempting my first brisket. I put it on the smoker just before midnight last night. The last picture is at 7am when I wrapped it in foil.View attachment 332398 View attachment 332399 View attachment 332419
