They dehydrate very well. Use a typical dehydrator or an oven. Then put them in a canning jar. Rehydrate with water when you are ready, cook em like you would when fresh, and enjoy.

Galfriend wanted some yardbird legs, so yardbird legs is what she got. Half with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original, other half Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Golden Mustard Sauce…

I work for a sauce company here in Arkansas that makes some of the Sweet Baby Ray "Pre Base" for them.
I LOVE the SBR sauce (We make KILLER BBQ sauces for other companies also).
I took home some Hickory Honey BBQ last night & its REALLY GOOD!

Smoked a couple chuck roasts before loading up on the burgers, dogs and sausages.

How does a smoked roast turn out? Never tried it here...

smoked chuck roast has been called poor man’s brisket but price wise isn’t not cheaper really just that the cuts are smaller so the total isn’t as high.

smoked like a brisket and cubed like burnt ends, It’s amazing and due to its size it’s quicker than a packer brisket. All of the friends loved it! I threw the last 20 cubes or so in some smoked baked beans last night and that was a killer combo too!

Bought this old kettle at a moving sale, I did a lot of cooking on Weber kettles over the years. I’ve since switched to ceramics personally but I bought this to take to Florida 136B75D9-8241-4B15-B6D1-D733EA68DD1E.jpeg CABB7497-E7CE-4810-AB07-A31C41F29156.jpeg 2605EA16-5E83-4BFC-B041-8BEDE243A662.jpeg C2717660-21D8-4AFC-AF8D-8A4B321E0816.jpeg and give it to my uncle. They have a little cheesy gas grill I cook steaks on every year when we go. At least this year we will have proper charcoal grilled grub. Just got done cleaning it up!

It was a beefy weekend here. Did picanha steaks with asparagus and beans on Saturday. Beef back ribs and short ribs on Sunday. Forgot to get picanha pics, but you'll have to trust me that it was very tasty. 20220605_142214.jpg 20220605_173234.jpg
