Chicken Kebabs.
Liking that...and welcome aboard to the site young man!Chicken Kebabs.
Looks fine Steve.Four pound Tri Tip, 135* internal temp, ready to come off of the grill.
Going to slice into strips for Tacos.
On some grilled Tortillas with Pico de Gallo, Guac, chopped Jalapeños, Garlic Lime salsa, cheese and Sriracha sauce, it might be edible.

Love home made bacon did my first batch for thanksgiving time. Not bad for a rookie doing a wet brineDone the last smoke on the bacon today, can't wait to try the first batch, did a 3 or 4 hour smoke every day for 4 days. Now back in the fridge for couple days to settle, then we will eat!!
Charcoal grill and foil. Slow cook in there own juices for 2 to 3 hours. Then take the foiL off choke off the vents and glaze them to your liking if you want a hint of smoke toss smoke wood in with the charcoalAlright guys I got a question. I bought some ribs to cook tonight but I don't have a smoker. I made them before in the over backed at 225 for 4 hours and they turned out pretty good. I'd like to hear some of yalls opinions on cooking damn good ribs without a smoker
Just have a propane grill. I'm gonna bake them 3 hours in the oven at 225 then throw them on the grill on low with the two burners on the opposite end on with some chips.Charcoal grill and foil. That'll work Dave, just like you got planned. Then you can cheat them towards the burners a little and glaze some sauce on if you like.Just have a propane grill. Oh with a propane grill you can cheat smoke by using chip and start it on fire them cover it with foil to smother it. You can do that in a kitchen too. Food network trickJust have a propane grill. 10-4 I'd like to do them on the grill the whole time but I don't have a full tank of propane and I'm not sure how much it'll take to run for 4 hoursThat'll work Dave, just like you got planned. Then you can cheat them towards the burners a little and glaze some sauce on if you like.
