Half a dozen eggs sunny side up and piled on four pieces of toast, good shakedown of salt and pepper...and cut it all up with a fork and knife. And a big ol' glass of milk.

Steak, broccoli, tomato and homemade garlic toast. Washed it down with a frosty mug of suds.
