Take some thin chicken cutlets, season them both sides with "McCormick: Montreal STEAK". That is important, bake on a cookie sheet @ 400 for 10 minutes. Remove them from the oven, turn the temp up and turn on the broiler. Next, lovingly apply "Sweet Baby Rays: Original", I like to smooth it over with the back side of a spoon.

Remember how we turned on that broiler? We are gonna stuff those cutlets back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. All of this can be done on the center rack of the oven.

The last five minutes caramelizes the sauce.

How about breakfast? Chocolate oatmeal pancakes, fresh fruit and whipped cream, bacon, fried egg, and of course, fresh ground coffee.

Last night we went to an Italian restaurant and tonight was a Mexican restaurant. The wife ordered a medium strawberry daiquiri and it was way more than she expected. The food was great at both places. Tomorrow back to grilling. Thinking steak and shrimp to cap off the weekend

Had the family out for our Easter get together. Eight adults and eight kids (all under the age of seven). I hid 200 Easter Eggs and the kids found all 200 plus a couple of golf balls and some beer cans.
We had a Honey Baked Ham and my wife made a Sweet Potato Soufflé, Spinach Quiche in puff pastry, Green beans, Deviled Eggs and homemade Sourdough rolls.
For desert she made three kinds of cup cakes, Lemon Cheesecake and a skillet Apple pie with ice cream.
It's always nice when the family comes to visit, it's even nicer when they leave.
