What's For Supper?

Simple supper of Campbell's chunky chicken and sausage gumbo soup with cheese toast, with mamas fresh bread pudding and chocolate ice cream for desert.

Went out to eat,Had a carabean salad,grilled chicken,lettuce,bell pepper,black beans,pineapple , blue cheese.

Had my nephews 6th birthday party and my sister did a Mexican theme. It was quite tasty. 3 different meats and I put all 3 on each taco I had. Along with sautéed onions peppers and some cilantro lime rice she made.

I love some Chinese food getting hungry again now.

Not sure I'll be hungry for dinner tonight as a local group held there monthly omelette breakfast and there must have been 6-8 eggs poured into the pan for my omelette. I added 2 kinds of sausage bacon ham onions and green peppers then topped it with shredded cheese and salsa. Also had a couple slices of toast and some cheesy hash browns and now I'm on the couch as I'm stuffed.

Campers beans in the crock pot. 4 different types of beans with peppers, onions, brown sugar and ground venison for the meat.

We did hotdogs and mac and cheese as a side. Tomorrow I plan on making baked cod.

Steak Fajitas again. My wife really likes them. She's recovering from rotator cuff surgery, so I'm cooking what she wants.............to a point.

Well the cod was delicious and the wife wants to make sure we get more. Tomorrow I'm not sure what we will do with it being Valentine's Day and we are going to the hockey game.

Ain't felt worth a chit the last couple of days. Had the outpatient surgery on my neck last Thurs, guess I caught a damn bug while doing that. Neck's fine though. Ran a fever day before yesterday and yesterday as well...but the appetite is back. Got ten hotdogs on the Traeger...itching for a good ol' chili/cheese and slaw dog. Just letting 'em run on the lowest Smoke setting...see how these bad boys turn out shortly.
