I ate some of that rice or similar recently. Got through 5 pounds of it but it’s not my fav. Went back to jasmine. I have a rice cooker love that thing.

Most everything to make the sauce came from one of our gardens, except we ran out of Mexican Oregano, which was store bought.

No invites for tonites grilling. Figured since it's OK weather wise to do our Valentines grilling a bit early.

That folks is a shareable 3.12# porterhouse roast. Just over 2" thick.
