Looks good, Spanish rice of some kind?

It's white rice, mixed with Texas Texas brand salsa and chunks of Chicken breasts

Wild caught skrimps. Don’t even need seasoning or butter. Grass fed beef with wife’s special mix of spices and some Yukon gold fries.

And yes, we are sitting at my 3yo daughters table.

The chicken is pan fried satay chicken. No way that gets lost
My wife is Irish, so this is about as exotic a food as she'll let me make
My mother was from Osaka. She ate a live octopus in front of me once - traumatized me for life. It had huge eyeballs.
So, I try not to do that to the wife. Not that I am in to eating live sea creatures... though I do like most everything else close to raw.

Love brussels, as long they're not over cooked. HOT cast iron pan with some bacon grease, sea salt and lemon juice. Just long enough to get some crispiness on the outside. Problem is, later that night my exhaust port will be soundin like habada habada before the pipe. lol
