Damn good eating there Charlie. With a little jalapeño cornbread, it just might be the perfect cold weather meal.

Hmmm!! Side meat and bacon, can't beat that my friend! I have not even started yet!

Thick cut pork chops, with a smoky sweet chipotle rub, on the grill. Baked beans with little hunks of smoked brisket, corn and a sliced tomato.

We had two left over chops that will be killer, heated up in a little bacon grease, with bacon and Provolone, on a toasted Brioche bun.

Had a gal over last night for dinner and completely forgot pics...mind was wondering the entire time. Seared two seasoned NY strips for myself and a big seasoned filet mignon for her in a med/high heat, raised grilling skillet with butter and olive oil, skillet of sautéed portobello mushrooms, skillet of asparagus, and sweet potatoes in the convection oven. Some damn good eats...and you know exactly how desert went down! ;)

Traditional Mexican food from a small place here in town. Quesadilla Asada (steak) with cheese, rice, beans and a small "salad". Very good.
