Would like to try some of that. I'm uninformed about the cured meat. But there is always room to learn.

Got to love cured meat, I was raised on it and still love it!

We had 13 pounds of pull Pork and baked beans and many pasta salads and desserts at the party. Also had to grill up an additional 32 burgers as more guests arrived later and the pork was gone. We had a treager that the pork was done on but I don't care for them for grilling on. Much to slow when your trying to feed many people quickly

1/2lb burgers on the grill, with Bacon and Cheddar on Brioche buns. Homemade fries and Macarroni salad. Two big glasses of milk to wash it all down.

Yeah i like my treager for smoking but i still hsve my weber for grilling

Went to local butcher shop got some homemade smoked kiebsai and grilled it with some buttered cuban fresh bread and a loaded baked tator with chives bacon colbyjack cheese sourceeam and butta

Daughter made skinless chicken breasts with spices, and homemade macaroni salad with hard cheddar cheese and cherry tomatoes from the garden,with leftover fried sweet corn!! Hmmm hmmm good!!!
