215 will function great, but leaves a lot of performance on the table.
Need to tidy it up a little.
Did you do anything with the squish ? I have heard of guys welding pop ups but also milling the jug and recutting the bearing pockets.Put the wheel on it..

In the past I have. But was not worth 10 pounds of comp and heavy piston.Did you do anything with the squish ? I have heard of guys welding pop ups but also milling the jug and recutting the bearing pockets.
Thomas, do you have any vid of Sam's 023 or Levi's 025 racing?@Hedgerow
He grinded on an 025. It rips with a nice chain. Based on what I have seen with his, yes, it is worth grinding on.

I can't find anything.

Just make it a better pump and it'll produce more rpm's and power.
Ex. is high on the 025's. I'd be interested to see if stihl lowered it on the 250's.
