With the dumonde it will be too lean if you leave it tuned for normal oils ,it needs to be fattened up some ,says so even on the dtp page that is why are down on power ,it is not getting enough fuel .
Ya it ran good once I came out on the h a good bit. Very little smell

What I find odd is kl200 has a vis. At 23 but other oils like h1r , 800t, dumonde seem very thick and doesnt pour as good or mix as easily and they have much less viscosity of the kl200?
23 is the viscosity at 100c (212f) isn't it? If so it might be thinner at air temperature but doesn't breakdown at higher tempratures therefore it has a higher viscosity rating.

Valvoline and royal purple are thin as water.
Are they rated dual for injector or premix ? I tried maxima 927 in my kids lt80 it blew up twice before i figured out why ,the 927 was too thick being a premix very little was getting through the injection pump ,i got maxima's injector oil and it was fine after that .

927 is some thick oil. I doubt it was getting much oil at all.

When it snowed out i could see it settling in the fuel if flashed a light in the tank .
Yeah. I've used it in bikes for years. I seldom ride in the cold and always shake the bike to make sure it's mixed well. Even when it's warm out.

per the oil refinery worker I talked to. For example: 87 octane at the refinery is all the same, until the last step of the process where they load it into the tanker and mix in the additives for each buyer/reseller. ie. gas stations...shell, bp, cenex, and so on. Each gas station/co. has their own specs/requirements.

The other thing many people don't realised is that pipelines will send diesel fuel and gasoline back to back. Pump has steadily went down in quality over the years. It use to be that Amoco premium was the best stuff but anymore I thing all pump gas is the same level of crap.
I run e free in all my small engines and don't worry about brand too much. Although I prefer Holiday over Citgo because I don't care for commies. Holiday fuel for our area is refined in the Twin Cities by those evil Koch brothers.

If it's in the teens, the bike will be in the shed and I'll be with Mr. heater. :)
