Ben always liked that Citgo stuff in the past. I’ve used a gallon jug of their FD rated Sea and Snow with good results
I burned a few jugs of the sea and snow before I realized air cooled was available locally.
Also, Ben is how I discovered citgo 2 stroke oil in the first place 😂

Might even be the same oil, I don’t know. They were both purple and looked and smelled the same

Just about out of the Husky XP oil that Bailey's sent me when I ordered Woodland Pro synthetic. I thought it was because they ran out, but it looks like they stopped selling it (except for the 5-gallon pail).

After a lot of reading and research, I got 3 gallons of this today:

It seems like really good oil (JASO FC rated full synthetic) for the price. Even with having to pay the high shipping cost (there seems to be a shortage of snowmobile stores in SC) from Mystik, it was about $43/gallon ($0.34/oz) including tax.

Not trying to change any minds, just wondering if anyone has any experience with it?
I've ran dozens of gallons of mystic/citgo sea and snow and the air cooled stuff from them both. Awesome stuff.

I might of missed it but anyone run this stuff?
I'm talking more in MX bikes. The racing tuners seem to be raving about it big HP gains on dynos run at 25:1 and very clean burning.

I’d probably still be using it except I got a ton of yamalube products from a small shop that closed down years ago. So I’ve been using 2R since then. Think I only have a few more bottles left. Still have a bunch of quarts of 2S left. Not entirely sure what I’m going to do with that.
Apparently 2R is one hell of an oil, and being a Gp1 & 2 non synthetic it's got a large following.

The Mystik brand of the JT-4 snowmobile oil I asked about earlier is owned by Citgo, and looks purple, but it is a full synthetic, not a blend.
I've ran a ton of Citgo Sea and Snow in sleds. I've also used Citgo air cooled in saws, trimmers, blowers at 32:1. Both are good products although I will not run injector oils in pre mix applications.
