I run 40:1 in everything.

Husqvarna actually recommends 33:1 in saws larger than 75cc displacement.

“The correct mixing ratio for your Husqvarna is detailed in your product's owner's manual. But as a general guide, a fuel-to-oil ratio of 50:1 is recommended for Husqvarna products up to and including 75cc”

That had nothing to do with engine size it’s just their oil vs a quality regular 2 cycle oil fb rated. Same as Stihl used to say 40:1 stihl oil or 25:1 with others.

Down here all our Stihl manuals used to say if not running Stihl oil mix at 25:1..
But that was before all the internet's and men having babies and stuffs lol
