I 100% with you on the storage. Here I do it monthly without issue. All this ope exercising has me seriously considering thinning my saw collection or maybe I should just fog the ones I use the least. I've created a job of running OPE just to run them.

Sometimes I don’t see home for 90-120 days so it’s impossible to get all of mine started and run. A lot live outside in sheds and they get no special treatment about being hauled. Running to the back of the truck in snow or 100 degrees hot to inside the garage that’s got AC in the summer. That’s probably where I’ve gotten the moisture from. All the mufflers rust pretty quick after cooling off inside.

No crickets. Everyone gonna run what they want.

I’m going to run the cheapest one that mixed with alcohol since pump gas can have mistakes and e85 in 87 or something crazy like 87 in diesel like the Murphy’s gas station did a few years back. Lots of failed fuel systems and big repair bills on that one. The early 6.7 power strokes and GM trucks didn’t like it at all.

I would have already tried some dominator but I believed the crap about it causing rust/corrosion so I bought a quart of saber. When I use it up and the other oils I have, I will get some dominator. I only use a couple gallons of mix a year so it will be a while.

I worked on and off at a parts store the owner was an Amsoil guru. I have run a bunch of their stuff in all matter of quipment. No issues unless you count wiping out rear main seals on everything over 20k miles. I remember when the catalog was a few pages. Now they have a different product for every conceivable application. Out of laziness, I pioneered the once’t a year oil change. Every year on my birthday ez peezee. Also noticed the moar amsoil I had, tranny, diff, transfer etc. the more likely my vehicle was to get totaled in a wreck through no fault of my own. I ran Dominator in a few oil injected sleds. They also make a water proof grease that was very dependable for me.

Which one?

Scott (TreeMonkey) gave me some in a black jug....and I bought some in a red jug. I can't remember what the number was on the black....but the red was 9000.

Both worked well. Clean muffler outlets, and no perfume bs.
