What kind of beer you boys drink?

These days the biggest problem is that alcohol really kills my sleep quality. More than one beer guarantees no restful sleep whatsoever. Mebbe my years of six pack a night left a fault in my circuit board.

I'm finding adding as much activity after consuming helps with this issue for myself. And i see it with 2 english sized pints.

When I drank, I was lucky to sleep 4 hours a night. I did get a hell of a lot of early morning hunting in though.

When I first started drinking beer, I was a Pabst Blue Ribbon guy cause that is what granddaddy drank, then it was Black label next was Schlitz
then came Budweiser, that cave me a real bad head ache , last but not least Natural Lite. I drank that until I quit when my first child was born

I used to be a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale guy. It's still a common drink for me, but most of my beer consumption nowadays is of a lighter IPA called "All day IPA." It's a good "shop beer," meaning I can retain good judgment and be productive while sipping it.

Lately, I've been drinking a lot of the sparkling water...I realize that I just want something with flavor when I'm in the shop, the water satisfies that itch without all the calories, and other negative side effects of beer.

Central Waters sounds like they have a good brew program, will have to add to our list of places to stop on our next visit east. We have family in Stevens point and a niece / with great granddaughter in Marshfield.
